New 2023 Toyota Avalon – Toyota is quite right to present the TRD version on the Camry and the latest generation Avalon. Both models do have an excellent track record in the international automotive world, known as the top sedan by its enthusiasts. The 2023 Toyota Avalon is a special gift from Toyota for its fans. No wonder, the response was very positively received by Toyota. We were also made very satisfied, changes not only about the exterior but also penetrated the handling and suspension sector.
2023 Toyota Avalon Exterior
The exterior facet looks aggressive but emphasizes the comfort of driving, the front grille is made very exotic, mesh settings are chosen to decorate the face. The shape is quite unique, we did not find it on other Toyota models. The most interesting change of the Toyota Avalon 2023 lies in the Front Splitter, neatly packaged using chrome accents. The longer we looked, the deeper we fell in love with her.
An interesting change was also felt from the rim design. The Toyota Avalon 2023 uses a Matte Black 19-inch rim, matching the black on the other panels. The sporty essence is also strongly supported by its Brake Caliper which uses red and larger sizes.
Interior, Comfort, and Cargo
New 2023 Toyota Avalon Contrast with its exterior, the interior cabin space of Toyota Avalon for the 2023 model is dominated by two colors namely black and red. Similarly, when it comes to impressions, if the outside looks aggressive, the atmosphere in the cabin looks calmer and elegant.
The dominance of black is clearly visible from the cabin. The red color is found in some stitches, on the dashboard, steering wheel, and seats. At first glance, the theme to be displayed is the elegant side and the comfort of driving.
2023 Toyota Avalon Features
Similarly, in terms of features, the Touchscreen Head Unit panel is neatly embedded on the center side of the dashboard. Combined with the automatic air conditioning feature, it makes operation easier for the rider. Other interesting aspects are also felt on the steering wheel button, filled with multifunctional buttons as well as an attractively designed Digital Multi-Information Display (MID) panel.
The charm of the Toyota Avalon is more pronounced on the side of the seat. In this case, the Toyota Avalon 2023 uses SofTex Trimmed material for the seat, combined with sweet red stitching. Not to forget, the logo with the TRD is also embedded in each Headrest. This is quite special for us, giving a different impression than the previous Toyota Avalon.
Toyota Avalon 2023 is also equipped with the latest driver assistance safety features. These items include automatic high beams, blind-spot monitoring, active lane control, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, and adaptive cruising control. The only shopping feature is the optional surround display camera system.
Infotainment and Connectivity
Toyota Avalon 2023 comes with amenities such as an eight-speaker sound system, Bluetooth connectivity, and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration. A 9.0-inch touchscreen is standard, along with Scout GPS Link navigation, Wi-Fi hotspots, and Amazon Alexa compatibility. The optional upgrade list includes a 14-speaker JBL sound system, an integrated navigation system, and wireless device charging.
Engine, Transmission, and Performance
Under the hood, the New Toyota Avalon has two engine options. The base model has a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with 205 horsepower and 185 pound-feet of torque. This one sends power to the wheels using 8-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard, all-wheel drive is available and at no additional cost. The available 3.5-liter V6 engine develops 301 horsepower and 267 pound-feet of torque. This one delivers power to the front wheels via an 8-speed automatic transmission.
Marketed separately is the Avalon Hybrid model. This one comes with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with 176 horsepower or 215 horsepower with an electric motor at work. With an EPA rating of 43 mpg, it easily leads all large sedans, exceeding 32 mpg for Avalon’s standard gas engines.
2023 Toyota Avalon Price Release
We have not yet received an official arrival date from Toyota for Avalon 2023, but based on previous releases, the arrival of the summer later in 2021 seems likely. Pricing is also not available. As a built-in vehicle, we expect the price to remain close to the current model of $36,830 to $43,830 (including destination costs) for the sedan. This full-size sedan has few competitors left. Among the mainstream models, there are Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger, Nissan Maxima, and Kia Cadenza. The Lexus ES is a kind of model that deserves cross-shopping.
