Adaptive Steering System provides a 30% more input than the truck without this add-on. If you are towing a larger load, you just need great maneuverability. Thanks to the adaptive steering, you will get the job a lot easier and with less effort. Steering is more sensitive than the regular one and it responds quicker and more efficiently. Efficiency is the key to this process. Overall, you will get more control at lower speed and of course, when parking. To make it even simpler, you use less effort for the best possible results.

Ford`s Adaptive Steering System Is One of the Best
We highly recommend Ford’s latest Adaptive Steering System. It will cost you $1,000 to check this option box when buying one of the Super Duty trucks. Moreover, this system is available on F-250, F-350 and F-450 model. Moreover, trim levels from XLT upwards are offering electrically powered hydraulic steering.
This hydraulic system is more numb and the steering response isn’t quite the same when trucks are empty and full. When the weight is crashing down on the back, things are becoming heavy. On the other hand, the adaptive system acts the same in both situations.
For instance, the new Ford’s Tremor off-road package is quite a good example. It rides on 18-inch black matte wheels and it also uses 35-inch all-terrain tires. These are perfect attributes for the Adaptive Steering System. All-terrain tires are very easy to adapt and steering precision is better. F-250 Tremor without this system isn’t the same vehicle.
This is just one of the examples. Moreover, the F-450 model with regular tires and more attached weight is miles behind the same truck with the adaptive system. We’d recommend a test drive with and without the Adaptive Steering System, especially if you are buying Tremor off-road package. See it for yourself.
