The forthcoming 2023 Hyundai Palisade will be available next year. It is a mid-size SUV with three rows of seats with seating for seven people. Moreover, it is a model that has gained enormous popularity in a short period of time. Hyundai is currently working on a handful of new features that will make the Palisade SUV even more competitive. Kia Telluride is now the most popular Asian SUV, although Palisade is not far behind.
It has a modern style and an appealing look with sharper lines. The cabin is quite comfortable, and the interior is also modern and spacious. Although more luxury trim levels are available, the Palisade’s basic version is more than enough. Once again, Hyundai will provide mid-cycle upgrades. We don’t expect to see major changes, but some updates will happen for sure.
Palisade to Introduce Minor Facelift
Based on test prototypes, it’s difficult to predict what the actual modifications will be in terms of exterior design. The 2023 Hyundai Palisade won’t arrive with major cosmetic upgrades. Hyundai took care to conceal all key body elements, so we can only predict what the 2023 Palisade will look like. In terms of design, the new 2023 Hyundai Palisade will continue to deliver amazing styling. It’s a big SUV with a very modern appearance, and we believe the design is really stunning.
As previously said, a redesign is not in the plans, therefore Hyundai will provide minor aesthetic changes. For starters, this SUV will have additional chrome elements, particularly around the grille. The grille should remain intact, along with attractive LED headlights. Hyundai could introduce new exterior paints and possibly new optional wheels. Besides that, the rest of the SUV will remain intact, including the rear section.
Interior Updates
The cabin offers a high degree of comfort as well as a plethora of high-tech conveniences. The 2023 Hyundai Palisade is a modern SUV in every aspect, but the interior is definitely our favorite. The maker used a lot of quality materials, and the top trim levels are really luxurious. The Palisade is a three-row SUV that seats seven people.
Furthermore, the interior space is ample, and the cargo compartment offers 86.5 cubic feet with the seats folded. The Palisade model has a standard 8-inch infotainment display, adaptive cruise control, and a stop/start system. A 12.3-inch digital cluster is on offer once again, so we do not expect to see dramatic changes on the inside. If you want more luxury, an impressive Calligraphy trim level is the way to go.
Powerful V6 Still the Only Engine Option
The 3.8-liter V6 engine from the current Hyundai Palisade will be available for the forthcoming 2023 Hyundai Palisade. This gasoline engine has a power output of 291 horsepower and a torque output of 262 lb-ft. A smooth 8-speed automatic transmission is also standard, as is front-wheel drive. Once again, all-wheel drive is an option, and Hyundai provides four driving modes.
The Eco, Comfort, Sport, and Smart settings are available, but the AWD system now has a Snow option. Because the performances are the same, the Palisade SUV will have the same fuel efficiency and towing capability of 5,000 pounds.
2023 Hyundai Palisade Release Date, Price
The pricing of the new 2023 Hyundai Palisade will remain the same, so the base SE trim level will start at $33,500. The Limited trim level will cost $46,500, while the Calligraphy trim level will cost over $50k. Palisade will compete against SUVs like the Honda Pilot, Toyota Highlander, and Kia Telluride. Hyundai will launch its popular SUV in the second half of 2023.
