The new high-performance 2023 Ram TRX truck is reportedly in the works, and we can expect debut of the second-gen model in spring next year. If you didn’t know, this special version is based on the Ram 1500, but it looks more rugged. Like the previous generation, the new 2023 Ram TRX comes in one body style, a Crew Cab with a 5’7″ bed. Moreover, compared to the regular Ram 1500, the TRX is eight inches wider at the front, and the rear has a 6-inch wider track. Actually, the manufacturer has room to put LED clearance marker lights on the hood scoop and in the front fender flares because of the added width.
Overall, the front of the new TRX will be unique for sure, and it will gain a more aggressive design than the rugged Ram Rebel model. We expect some additional black elements and to see at least four tow hooks on the truck.
Interior Features

How Much Does the 2023 Ram 1500 TRX Cost?
The second-gen 2023 Ram TRX will be more aggressive than before. The manufacturer will use a high-strength steel frame that will be lighter and tougher compared to the first-gen. Also, some refreshments on the front fascia will happen as well, including bolder grille and better-shaped headlights.
As far as we know, Ram will introduce the new TRX sometime next year, while sales should start in spring. We expect a slight price increase over the current truck that starts at $70,000. Compared to the Ford Raptor, the Ram TRX cost significantly higher. However, the TRX is also a considerably more powerful truck than the Raptor.
