The Silverado HD models are available with both gasoline and diesel engines. While both versions are powerful, a diesel offers significantly better fuel efficiency and hauling capacity. On top of that, the manufacturer will introduce an all-new MultiFlex tailgate that’s more functional.

This potent turbodiesel engine produces maximum output of 445 horsepower, and it has a fantastic torque output of up to 910 lb-ft. Moreover, many believe that Silverado HD could offer better torque ratings in 2023. If that happens, we can expect at least 1000 lb-ft of torque and a maximum towing rate of 35,000 pounds.
