The forthcoming 2023 Ford Ranger Tradesman offers a 3.2-liter Duratorq turbodiesel engine. Often, Tradesman has been mistaken for the Tradie Package that is available on the Limited model. Tradesman is a trim level, and it delivers 197 hp and 350 lb-ft of torque. On top of that, a six-speed automatic transmission is available.
In the first year of the production, Ford will offer Ranger Tradesman in a Double Cab setup exclusively. Still, if you want more power, you’ll have to opt for Wildtrak or Raptor models with a bi-turbo diesel engine and a ten-speed automatic transmission.
