2023 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD

The new 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD will reportedly arrive later in the year. According to the latest information that we got, the upcoming truck will gain some upgrades in the exterior and interior departments. That means we can expect more attractive styling and better cabin arrangements with more standard features.

Like the previous generation, the new model will be available in special editions, including a blacked-out Midnight Edition, a monochromatic Z71 Sport Edition, and a glitzy Z71 Chrome, and a Carhartt Special Edition. All models come with a standard gas-powered 6.6-liter V-8, while optional Duramax diesel 6.6-liter V-8 also carries over from the previous generation.

The bold-looking 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD will receive mild-refreshments for this year. This model is one of the rugged on the market and is very ranked in the heavy-duty trucks segment. Chevy said that most of the updates on the 2500HD would happen on the front end and inside. Generally, the first thing you see on this truck is its massive grille, and attractive slim LED headlights.

On the back, the Silverado comes with a bed called DuraBed that’s exclusive on all heavy-duty models. The class-leading bed provides a maximum volume of 83.5 cubic feet. Trailer-tow mirrors come standard, as the power-operated tailgate. On the other hand, the Silverado 3500 HD models are also available with a dual-rear-wheel (“dually”) setup that provides maximum towing.

Interior Features

Like its half-ton Silverado 1500 sibling, the new 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD has enough room for three to six passengers depending on cab configuration. Generally, the most recommended is the roomier crew-cab over the double cab.

Stepping in, you’ll release that everything is upscale, and Chevrolet Silverado HD offers many standard features that can also be found in half-ton Silverado 1500 sibling. It comes with heated and ventilated seats, leather upholstery, and a head-up display. Unfortunately, unlike the tech-rich Ram Heavy Duty that offers a massive 12-inch infotainment screen, the 2500HD comes with a 7-inch infotainment system compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The bundle of safety is better than before, including a forward-collision warning with automatic emergency braking, along with nice-to-have features like steering wheel-mounted audio controls.
